Jade Spencer- - - - - Name: Jade Cecelia Spencer Nicknames: Spencer/Spence Age: Seventeen Gender: Female Orientation: Heterosexual Grade: Senior Play by: Katherine McNamara

Appearance: Jade has bright red hair, which in spite of popular belief, is actually her natural colour. Her sister and mother both have the same vibrant shade of hair, while her father is blond. Jade stands at an average height of five feet and five inches (technically, she's five-foot-four and a half, but she always gives herself the extra half-inch when asked). She's a beauty by many standards, in a timeless sort of fashion. Her hair is long, reaching all the way down her back and practically to her waist. She takes very good care of it, and usually styles it differently each day in some way or another. Jade's clothing style suits her, and something about it is not quite replicable; high-end fashion seems out of place for someone living in a small town in New Hampshire. Clique: Preppy Likes: mathematics, fashion, drawing, reading, Shakespeare Dislikes: gossip magazines, people judging books by their covers, when her parents go on long business trips, having to be a part of the preppy clique
Personality: Jade is remarkably down-to-earth in spite of her well-off upbringing. She is genuinely friendly and well-adjusted, and though she does not always understand the struggles of students who are not as intelligent or monetarily endowed as herself, she tries to be kind to everyone. She hates it when people judge her because of face value, and wants to make genuine friends and not those who are only interested in her status or money. She is a feminist in all senses of the word and strongly believes in the empowerment of women and in gender equality. Her mother is her biggest role model, and even though she is interested in her father's career, she still looks up to the woman immensely and would do anything to please her. She's also a huge closet Shakespeare fan. She's read all of his plays more times than she can count, but her personal favourite is Midsummer Night's Dream. She always wanted to audition for a school play, but was hesitant about it due to her clique and her studies.

Family: Father- successful urban designer (architect), Harvard graduate, 50 Mother- CEO of a high-end jewellery company, Yale graduate, 49 Sister- Bullworth student, junior, 16 Sister- Bullworth graduate, 18
History: When two incredible Ivy League graduates form to create a powerful duo, it could only mean a recipe for success, and that was exactly what occurred with the union of Mr and Mrs Spencer. The two were self-made, neither of whom had come from particularly well-known or well-off families. They valued hard work and commitment over anything else - even, in some cases, familial ties. Most of their twenties were spent building their careers, but as their thirties approached, they decided that it would soon be time to start a family so that they could pass on their legacies.
Jade grew up in bustling New York City for the first ten years of her life. As her parents' careers solidified and they hit their peaks, however, it was decided that the family would move to a smaller town further up the East coast. Her parents would continue with their work, of course, but due to their high positions, they would be able to live wherever they wanted and merely make commutes for business trips and important meetings and the like. They ended up deciding on a town in rural New Hampshire, and true to his career, Jade's father designed a magnificent estate on an enormous plot of land for the family to live on. The total construction and design took just over two years, so it was not until Jade was twelve that they actually moved from New York to their new home.
Being the new girl in school would be difficult for anyone, but Jade had always been a people person (thanks mainly to her mother's rigorous social training and all of those years spent accompanying her family to important business parties, or even hosting them at their own venue). Once she began attending Bullworth Academy, it was easy for Jade to fit in with the preppy clique, but she was never fully satisfied with it. Her dream was to become a successful architect like her father, and her passion was in design and maths. What sort of preppy got excited about numbers?
Now that she is in her senior year, Jade's biggest struggle is trying to decide which one of her parents' alumni schools she wants to attend, Harvard or Yale. She plans on studying Applied Mathematics and then going on to get a qualification as an architect and working closely with her father.
