Mary Taylor - - - Mary is a shy, quiet girl with a big heart. She loves animals and can often be seen outside. Her best friend is Grace Foster, and since they're also roommates, they're pretty much attached at the hip (she's also starting to develop a little bit of a crush on Grace's brother's friend, @leo, but she doesn't know it yet. Mary is half-Romanian and though she grew up in a trilingual household, she does still speak with a slight Romanian accent. Mary is a linguist and speaks many languages fluently mainly due to moving around a lot as a kid. Mary is a freshman currently, and her parents have decided to settle in Bullworth until she graduates so she can finish school uninterrupted and not have to be the new girl again.
Elisa Greycastle - - - Elisa is the kindly owner of Greycastle Patisserie along with her younger sister, @talia. She's twenty years old, half-French on her mother's side, and a master at her craft. The patisserie is something that was handed down from her parents and was a family-run business for years. Unfortunately, her parents passed away a little over a year ago in a car accident on their way back from a patisserie event in New York, and so now she is struggling along with her sister to keep the shop upright. She is incredibly hardworking and dedicated in spite of her hardships, choosing to continue her parents' dream even though she could easily go live with her grandparents in Marseille, where she would be supported and cared for.
Jenna Adams - - - Jenna is the oldest of an enormous family from rural Vermont and the first out of many generations to actually leave the family farm to pursue an academic career. She's kind of a huge nerd in a lot of ways, loving science and all of that as well as science fiction (which she won't readily admit). She has a kind of complex with being taken seriously since she's really young for her job (having graduated early from high school and university, she is now a chemistry and geology teacher at only twenty years old) and has a tiny build and a youthful appearance. She has recently gained a student teacher as an assistant, @jason, who will be her final.
Jade Spencer - - - Jade is the middle daughter of the Spencer family, headed by a CEO and a renowned architect. Though she's in the preppy clique, she would much better fit in with the nerds. Jade has a love for Shakespeare and all things academic, and her dream for after she graduates is to study applied mathematics and to become an architect just like her father. She comes from a close-knit, yet very career-oriented, family. Jade hates it when people choose to be shallow or only judge her based on her appearance or her familial background. In spite of her money and status, she is very down-to-earth, open, and friendly.	template by ele

With Lily being new to town, she needs some friends. I think her and Mary would totally get along together and be pals!

Lily && Jade
Friends? Lily isn't with the preppy crowd, bu pals maybe?

Natalie && Mary
Natalie is still suffering after the death of her parents, so she needs some friends. Maybe Mary can be one?

Viola && Jade
Both in the same clique. Viola is really popular, but that popular will come crashing down on her hard. Maybe Jade can help her out when she does come crashing down? She will go from preppy to either non-clique or nerd due to her love of anime.

Alison && Mary
Friends! Little Alison needs friends

Friends? Alison looks like she should belong with the preppies but she isn't.

Cole && Jade
Cole is in the same clique as Jade, but he hates how seeing people are because of their family being rich. He knows his family has money, but he does not care. I can see these two getting along & telling each other how many people in their clique they hate.

Maxine && Elisa
Friends maybe?

Mary & Lily - - - I love it! Mary understands being the new kid in town more than anyone lmao so I think they could really bond over that (and their past with being teased/bullied), and maybe Lily could serve as a kind of older sister figure for Mary?

Jade & Lily - - - Yes! and roommates because I said so just now on Skype lmao I think being forced to live together like that will make them close anyway, and Jade has an appreciation for the arts and creativity because of architecture and stuff so yeah! Definitely unlikely friends!

Mary & Natalie - - - Of course! It'll be difficult to get her talking if she doesn't know Natalie well at first but she'll certainly be supportive once they get to know each other a little, unless you want to have it so they already are friends and so we can jump right into that bit?

Jade & Viola - - - Ooh, I like it! Jade is nerdy in the sense that she gets really way too excited about numbers (and Shakespeare shhh) so they can at least bond over not fitting in with their clique, and maybe Jade will help Viola see that popularity isn't everything, etc., and kind of bond with her more so after she's left the clique than before.

Mary & Alison - - - Of course! <3

Jade & Alison - - - Jade is probably lowkey jealous that Alison isn't a preppy ahahah like wishing she had the energy to ditch the clique and do her own thing like join the nerds shh

Jade & Cole - - - Yesyesyes. Bonding over mutual hatred is one of my fave things. But yeah, also since he's into acting and whatnot eventually if he finds out about her secret love of Shakespeare (or knows already) they can bond over that too and maybe he can convince her to try out for a play with him? It would be good to get her out of her comfort zone a bit XD

Elisa & Maxine - - - Sounds good to me! Ellie can use more friends, she just has Talia at this point and I'm not sure family members count XD (Also just throwing it out there but since she lost her parents too, if there's some way for her and Talia and Natalie to know each other they might be able to all bond/heal together kinda?)
